THE MINCER
The four-blade mincer attachment is specifically designed for grinding and mincing tough meats, both raw and cooked, as well as raw fibrous vegetables and fish. The versatile blade is also ideal for puréeing fruit and vegetables for baby food, liquefying soups straight from the pot, preparing perfectly smooth and lump-free mashed potatoes, as well as making sauces and smoothies out of fibrous ingredients. You can also use the mincer to chop vegetables for salads, or fruits for making preserves and jam and suitable for crushing ice-cubes. The second mincer attachment is a two-blade meat mincer, which transforms the handheld mixer into an easy to use meat grinder.

Any ingredients that you mixed or chopped inside the container can be easily covered with the provided lid and put away in the refrigerator. The blending jar is microwave-safe for up to 150 degrees centigrade.
